As the year end draws close, it's important to take care of business.  Prior to year end, it's always best to meet with your CPA for an annual tax planning meeting.  If you wait until after December 31st, it's possible you might miss out on some valuable tax opportunities.  So, make your appointment soon.   Toward that end, you should have your books and financial statements up to date, through the end of 3rd quarter, at the very least.  Also, don't forget to order your 1099's and W-2's so you are ready when January 1st rolls around.
